DENISE DIXON
- born in Robstown and graduate of Robstown High School and attended Texas A and I - Kingsville, Texas, has served with high level legendary proficiency in providing Legendary Customer Service for Southwest Airlines 2001-2009;   She exhibits exemplary leadership in dealing with mishandld customers as a result of many problems; has high level of resolution of problems and complaints; provdes high level assistance to other workers  and with the  travelling public.  She often provides a foundation on which to explore "testy" issues and bring positive outcomes.
 
Her work results and productivity substantiate her high level ability to handle details well; listen and learn quickly; communicate easily and effectively with others; work within strict schedules, have high level ability to multi-task and be successful and exhibits exceptional problem-solving skills. 
 
She is a pioneer in her generation of positive leadership that respects the public and upholds the values of her company. 
 
As a highly visible leader in her position with SouthWest Airlines she is the only African American seen in a leadership position at the Corpus Christi International Airport. She serves as an ambassador and sometimes is the first contact person with Corpus Christi. For  persons who have problems in travel, she works well and makes friends for Corpus Christi  and SouthWest Airlines.
